By registering to use the services covered by these Terms and Conditions on WHITE JOKER (hereinafter each separately and all together collectively referred to as "the Company", “we”, “us”, “our” or "Website"), You (“Your” also refers to You throughout this EULA) are certifying that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you legally acknowledge to have read, fully understood and agree to be bound by and to comply with these "Terms and Conditions." If you do not wish to accept the following Terms and Conditions, you must neither register nor open an account and you will be unable to access the software and the gaming services offered in conjunction therewith. All product information, registration on the website and use of any services offered by WHITE JOKER are subject to these "General Terms and Conditions".
In case of any contradiction between a provision of this Agreement and any provision on the WHITE JOKER website, the provisions as stated in this Agreement shall prevail.
We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to request any user to furnish us with a proof of identity and age as a precondition before the user is allowed to participate in or utilise any of WHITE JOKER's services.

This Agreement covers the arrangements between you and The Company with relation to your use of the Online Gaming Platform for play-for-real games.

We hereby grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Software, for playing on the Online Gaming Platform, in accordance with the following provision.
You Are Not Permitted To:
1. Install or load the Software onto a server of other network device(s) or take other steps to make the Software available via any form of bulletin board, online service or remote dial-in, or network to any other person;
2. Sub-license, assign, rent, lease, loan, transfer or copy (except as expressly provided elsewhere in this agreement) your licence to use the Software or make or distribute copies of the Software;
3. Copy or translate any user documentation provided 'online' or in an electronic format;
4. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software or to create derivative works based on the whole or on any part of the Software; or
5. Enter, access or attempt to enter or access or otherwise bypass our security system or in any way interfere (including, but not limited to the usage of robots and similar devices) with the Online Gaming Platform or the Website, or attempt to make any changes to the Software and/or any features or components thereof.
6. You do not own the Software. The Software is owned and is the exclusive property of the licensor, a third-party software provider company, (the "Software Provider"). The Software and accompanying documentation which have been licensed to us are proprietary products of the Software Provider and are protected throughout the world by copyright law. Your use of the Software does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights of the Software. This Agreement applies only to the granting of the licence to use the Software.
7. The Software is provided as is without any warranties, conditions, undertakings or representations, express or implied, statutory or otherwise. we hereby exclude all implied terms, conditions and warranties (including any of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for any particular purpose). We do not warrant that the software will meet your requirements.
8. We do not warrant that the Software will be non-infringing or that the operation of the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted or that any defects in the Software will be corrected, or that the Software or the servers are virus-free. In the event of communications or system errors occurring in connection with the settlement of accounts or other features or components of the Software, neither we nor our software provider will be liable to you or to any third party for any costs, expenses, losses or claims arising as a result of such errors. We further reserve the right, in the event of such errors, to remove all relevant games from the Software and the website and take any other action to correct such errors.

Our Software Provider is a corporation incorporated under laws of the Gaming Curacao and is fully licensed and regulated by law for the purpose of operating a virtual casino on the internet under the websites.
We only allow access to play games on the Online Gaming Platform through secured networks using encryption of the Username and Password. You cannot play games on the Online Gaming Platform without passing our customer security login.
You may not use the Online Gaming Platform for any commercial use or on behalf of another person. Any use of the Online Gaming Platform by you is for your own private purposes only.
You must keep your Username and Password confidential and should not disclose them to anybody. You may not use anyone else's password. You shall be responsible for all transactions conducted with relation to your Player Account, using your Password. Every person who identifies him/herself by entering your correct Username and Password is assumed by us to be you and all transactions where the Username and Password have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid.
You will not allow any third party to use your Player Account to access the Online Gaming Platform and you will not use any other person's Player Account or means of payment to access the Online Gaming Platform or the Website or the Software.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand the rules and procedures of the games in the Online Gaming Platform and your use of the Online Gaming Platform in general before you play any such games.
We are using the best methods available today for the encryption of the Username and Password information, and any other sensitive information transferred to and from the client application and our servers, thus securing both you and ourselves against manipulative attempts by a third party. You will not break in, access or attempt to break in or access or otherwise bypass our security. If we have a reason to suspect that you have attempted to or may be attempting to break in, access or otherwise bypass our security or the Software, we will be entitled to terminate your access to the Online Gaming Platform with immediate effect and/or have your account blocked, and we reserve the right to inform the applicable authorities.
We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is set out in full on our website. We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy at any time. We also reserve the right to ask you to provide us with additional details and any such additional information will be kept confidential. We further reserve the right, under certain circumstances, to disclose certain details to relevant authorities should it be required of us to do so by the law, an arm of the state, or a regulatory body. Subject to the provisions of the Privacy Policy, this right to disclose personal information to bodies or authorities whose purpose is to investigate money laundering, fraud and other criminal activity will be to the extent as required by the law.

We make no representations or warranties with respect to the legality or otherwise of the access and usage of the Online Gaming Platform in your country of residence. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether such access and use of the Online Casino by you is legal. We further warrant in that respect that it does not intend to enable you to contravene any applicable law.
You shall not transfer, in any way whatsoever, your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
You are fully responsible for all taxes, fees, and other costs incidental to and arising from winnings that resulted from your use of the Online Gaming Platform.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your registration details.
You accept that you are solely responsible for the supply and maintenance of all the computer equipment and telecommunications networks and internet access services that you need to use in order to access the Online Gaming Platform. We will not be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss caused to you by the internet or any telecommunications service provider which you have engaged in order to access the Online Gaming Platform or the Website.
You acknowledge that our random number generator will determine the outcome of the games played on the Online Gaming Platform and you accept the outcomes of all such games. You further agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result that appears on the Software and the game server, the result that appears on the game server will prevail and you acknowledge and agree that our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in any activity on the Online Gaming Platform.
All confirmed bets in the game are still considered as effective even if the system is down or disconnected due to a weak signal. After you're-login, you may access the “History” tab to check the last deal. Your account balance will reflect the result of the hand.
You accept that you are fully aware of the Live Dealer Gaming procedures below:
1. If the card is shown but you do not see your bet amount, this means an unsuccessful bet was made. It may be due to you placing your bet too late or a rejected bet due to internet connectivity.
2. If you do not place a bet over three rounds, you may be automatically logged out and are required to re-sign in.
3. When the dealer accidentally takes out two cards at the same time and the card order is incorrectly scanned, thus impacting the results of the hand, the hand will be cancelled and the bets will be returned to you.
4. If the card is incorrectly placed without any scanning errors, it will be rearranged by our dealer or pit boss according to the accurate order of dealing and the game will continue.
5. When the dealer accidentally scans the same card twice, thus impacting the results, the hand will be cancelled and the bets will be returned to you.
6. While dealing and a card has been scanned but does not show on the screen, which causes the subsequent cards to be incorrectly placed, the game will be cancelled and the bets will be returned to you.
7. During the game, if you placed a bet that is confirmed by the system but your computer disconnects or does not display the video streaming, the bet is still considered valid and results can be seen by clicking “History”.
8. You will not commit any acts or display any conduct that damages our reputation or that of our Software Provider or any other related service providers.
9. You acknowledge that if your Player Account is opened, you will fully indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against all and any losses, costs, expenses, claims, demands, liabilities, and damages however caused that may arise as a result of your (a) entry, use, or reuse of the Website or the Online Gaming Platform and/or (b) breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You further agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us and our officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and suppliers harmless, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of this Agreement by you, and any other liabilities arising out of your use of the Online Gaming Platform or the Software.
10. We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time as set out in clause 7 below. It is your responsibility to check from time to time and see whether there is a notification of change in accordance with clause 7 below.

You are acting on your own behalf;
You are not restricted by limited legal capacity;
You are not classified as a compulsive gambler;
All details which you give or have given in the process of registering with The Company are accurate and that you will continue to update such details should there be any changes;
You are fully aware of the fact that there is a risk of losing money through the use of the Software to play games on the Online Gaming Platform;
You are not depositing funds originating from criminal and/or unauthorised activities;
You are not otherwise conducting criminal activities and/or intending to utilise the Player Account in connection with such activities. You are not using or intending to use or intending to allow any other person to use the Online Gaming Platform and the Player Account for any prohibited or unlawful activity, including but not limited to, fraud or money laundering, under any applicable law in your particular jurisdiction and the laws that apply to us;
You are not colluding or attempting to collude with or intending to participate, directly or indirectly, in any collusion scheme with any other player in the course of any game you play or will play on the Online Gaming Platform;
You are not under the age of either (i) 18; or (ii) the age at which gambling activities are legal under the law of the jurisdiction that applies to you, whichever is greater;
The bank account details supplied by you during the registration process are those of the registered account holder and the account has not been reported as faulty or hacked or blocked;
You are not one of our officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents, or of one of our affiliated or subsidiary companies, or suppliers or vendors, and are not a relative of such persons as well (for the purpose of this clause, the term relative means spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling). In any event where you breach this prohibition, you will not be entitled to any of your winnings, among other actions that will be taken against you.
You have not previously held a Player Account which was suspended or terminated either by us or by any other online gaming operator, or have charged back any monies via a Player Account or maintain a current Player Account; and
In opening a Player Account, you will not provide any information or make any statement to us which is untrue, false, incomplete or misleading.

We may, at our sole discretion, make changes to this Agreement or the Privacy Policy at any time.
The changes will take effect from the date specified when they occur. It is important, therefore, that you log in to the Website from time to time and check to see whether there is a notification of change. You are solely responsible for reading the changes.
If you continue to use the Website or the Online Gaming Platform after we have updated the changes (regardless of the way we have notified of such changes), you automatically agree to be bound by those changes, whether or not you have had actual notice of, or have read, the relevant changes. If you do not agree to be bound by the relevant changes, you should not continue to use the Website or the Online Gaming Platform any further.

Bets are accepted for games that are advertised on the Company’s website(s) or through the device(s). All bets must adhere to the Betting Rules for each specific event or game, as well as these overall Terms and Conditions. If there is a manifest error or incorrect participant is quoted for any event, all bets placed on that event will be void. In the event of a malfunction to Company’s gaming system, the Company reserves the right to void any and all bets placed.
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, The Company reserves the right, in our absolute discretion, to decline all, or part, of any bet placed without providing any reason whatsoever.
If there is breach of the Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activities (such as cheating, hacking, attacking, manipulating, or damaging the integrity of betting), the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account. Any winnings, payouts, or balance remaining in your account may be forfeited, including balance that is stored in the account at any time.
The Company only accepts bets that are placed through its internet-based platforms compliance with terms and conditions. Bets made via other methods (such as post, email, fax, or any other non-internet means) will not be accepted and will be voided.
Any bets that are considered "abnormal," which includes the use of artificial intelligence (AI) or bots, will be deemed void without any prior notice. Any attempt to use AI or bots for betting purposes, will result in the termination of the user’s account.
A bet is deemed valid if:
1. The username and password have been entered correctly.
2. There are sufficient funds in the account.
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all bet details are correct before placing the bet, once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, revoked, or altered in any way.
A bet is deemed valid and accepted by the Company when:
1. A transaction ID is displayed on your screen after placing the bet.
2. The transaction is properly recorded in your transaction history.
No betting is permitted after the commencement of an event and/or where the outcome of an event is known at the time of placement of your bet. If any event is erroneously left open for betting after the commencement of the event and/or where the outcome of an event is known, The Company reserves the right to decline or void such bets placed. If for any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted by The Company after an event or match has commenced, The Company reserves the right to cancel and void such bet. Acceptance of any bet shall be at the sole discretion of The Company.
You acknowledge that any and all odds, lines and handicaps are subject to fluctuation without notice, and the foregoing will become fixed only at the time of acceptance of the bet by us. Where a manifest error, mistake or system failure results in an incorrect odd, line or handicap taken in a bet, The Company may at our absolute discretion (but shall not be obliged to) make reasonable efforts to contact you to allow the choice of placing another bet at the correct odds, lines and handicaps.
The Company does not accept multiple bets placed at the same time on a single event from the same user. In respect of any bet and the associated transactions therewith, the decision of The Company is final and conclusive.

If there is a mismatch or discrepancy between the name registered with the Company and the name on the associated bank account, the Company reserves the right to withhold settlement of the transaction.
The Company is not liable for any funds or winnings that are credited to your account by error and Company reserves the right to void any transactions that involve such erroneous funds. If you notice that funds have been credited to your account in error, it is your responsibility to inform the Company immediately.
You are fully responsible for settling any amounts owed to the Company or other players. In respect of any payment made, you agree not to deny or reverse any payments made. If you do, you will reimburse the Company for any charge-backs (disputes initiated with your bank or credit card company), denials, reversals of payments, and any associated losses and expenses incurred by the Company.
All your winnings will be credited to your account.
Payment of any taxes, fees, charges or levies that may apply to your winnings under any applicable laws shall be your sole responsibility.

The Company will credit your winnings from settled bets into your account and your winnings shall be withdrawn in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and upon provision of a copy of valid photographic identification card.
You must wager or use the full amount of your deposit before any funds can be withdrawn or released from your account.
Withdrawals from your account can only be made in the same currency in which you deposited the funds.
The Company reserves the right to charge you fees to cover all reasonable costs associated with your deposits and withdrawals on the Website.
You are responsible for reimbursing all bank charges related to your betting transactions.The Company is entitled to deduct these bank charges from your winnings or from your account balance.

The Company reserves the right to limit winnings and withdrawals from all forms if no deposit bonuses / free spins / free bets were added to a customer’s account up to the value of MYR100 as may be expressly set out in the Significant Terms or communicated to you otherwise.
If you have never made a deposit on the Website, all funds will stay as bonus money until at such time a deposit is made. Once you make your first deposit, any bonus money at that time in your account will now be subject to standard wagering (play-through) requirements.

Promotions on WHITE JOKER are restricted to one account per person, family, household address, IP address, email address, telephone number, credit or debit card, e-payment account, or shared computer (e.g., school, public library, workplace).
Turnover on all types of non-live table games (e.g. Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American Roulette, Baccarat and other non-live table games) and non-slot games, will not count towards this turnover requirement unless SPECIFICALLY stated.
WHITEJOKER will only calculate the bet amount that has been settled and with the result of winning or loss as valid turnover.
Turnover (the total amount wagered) that is generated from bonuses will not be counted or considered as part of an effective rebate.
Bonuses are valid for thirty (30) days from the date they are issued, unless the bonus terms and conditions specify a different validity period. If the turnover requirements are not met before the bonus expires, both the bonus funds and any winnings obtained from those bonus funds will be forfeit and removed from the player’s account
WHITEJOKER reserves the right to unilaterally decide on actions related to promotions, to modify, change, stop, cancel, or invalidate promotions at any time without prior notice.
In the event that The Company believes a user is abusing or attempting to abuse a promotion, The Company may, at our sole discretion, block, deny, suspend, withhold or withdraw any user and account from the promotion.
The Company reserves the right to void any or all bets placed by individuals or groups suspected of acting in collusion or committing fraud. Any funds in the accounts involved in such activities will be confiscated immediately.

You are only permitted to open one account. If You have more than one account, you must immediately inform us. Furthermore, only one account for each IP/Household is allowed. If you open more than one account, any winnings on either account will be forfeited and all accounts may be closed. If we find there are more than one account registered for Your household (“Duplicate Account”), we reserve the right to block or close any or all accounts of that household. All transactions made from the Duplicate Account will be made void.
Any winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.
The Company will not be liable if you manage to open a new account, for such action nor for any direct or indirect consequential damages.
The Company shall have the right to close, at any time, a new account opened in breach of the requirement stated herein.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately at our absolute discretion if you breach any of your obligations under these Conditions. We reserve the right to claim any remaining balance in your account as well as the right to claim damages caused by the breach.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations regarding the Game and any bets placed on or via the Game. All bets must be placed through the user interface provided on WHITE JOKER.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to prohibit any player from participating in any and all games of White Joker. We may, where situations warrant, freeze the chips, void bets, suspend or terminate the account of any player suspected of cheating in any form (which includes, without limitation, collusion or the exploitation of faults of our website). We further reserve the right to restrict seating and/or to prohibit players from playing in a particular game, including restricting two or more players from playing together at the same game.
We reserve the right to void any bet inadvertently accepted after the time for placing bets has closed or where the event was resolved or at a stage where the player could have any indication of the outcome. In these circumstances, the original bet amount will be returned to the customer account.

The promotions shown on The Company’s website are for genuine players only.
You must fulfil turnover requirements as outlined in the promotional details to qualify for bonuses.
In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by White Joker will be final and binding.
White Joker reserves the right to forfeit the capital funds, bonuses, and related winnings from the customer whose bets are questionable and lead to fraud. This includes to the following examples:

- Progression Betting
For Sportsbook Mix Parlay, the betting limit is MYR 500 per bet/ticket. Each bet/ticket has a maximum payout of MYR 50,000.
For Slots Jackpot, the maximum payout is MYR 50,000.
